To request media coverage for an upcoming funeral or memorial service, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. Once submitted, our team will review the request and email a PayPal invoice to confirm your booking. Services will not be delivered until payment is received. If you have any urgent needs or questions, feel free to contact us directly.
Booking Policies
Bookings are confirmed once all required information is submitted and payment is received. We recommend booking as soon as service details are finalized to ensure availability.
Rush Booking Policy
Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a rush fee and are subject to availability.
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests but cannot guarantee availability without advance notice.
Travel Policy
We offer free travel within 30 miles of Valdosta or Thomasville, GA.
For services outside this area, a travel fee may apply. This will be quoted during the booking process.
Payment Policy
Booking & Deposit:
A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure CineDOT Media for funeral or memorial coverage. This confirms the service date and reserves our team and equipment exclusively for your client’s event.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due prior to the day of the service. For bookings made within 24 hours of the service, full payment (deposit + remaining balance) is required at booking.
Payment Methods:
Invoices are sent via PayPal or an agreed-upon platform. Services will not be performed until full payment is received.
Late or Missed Payments:
CineDOT Media reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if payment is not received before the service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable due to allocated production time and scheduling.
Rescheduling Policy
If a service date changes, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
We recommend notifying us immediately to secure a new booking window.
Media Consent
It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure the family and venue have granted permission for media capture.
CineDOT Media will not record services without consent.
Media Ownership & Usage Policy
All video footage, photography, and related media captured by CineDOT Media remain the intellectual property of CineDOT Media.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and grant CineDOT Media the right to use selected footage or images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes — including our website, printed materials, and social media — unless otherwise requested in writing.
We respect the sensitivity of funeral services. No footage will be shared publicly without family and/or funeral home consent, and we will never publish full ceremony recordings or private moments.
