Real Estate Service Booking
Please complete the form below with accurate and detailed information about the property and your contact details. Be sure to include the property address, square footage, your preferred package, and any special instructions or access details. Providing clear and accurate information helps us prepare effectively and ensures a smooth experience from start to finish.
Once submitted, you'll receive an email with instructions to proceed with scheduling. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot.
Booking & Payment Policy
Flexible Booking: You may book real estate services as early as you'd like, or as close as 24–48 hours in advance (based on availability). However, we strongly recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
Payment Requirement: Full payment is due at least 72 hours before the shoot. For bookings made less than 72 hours in advance, payment must be made immediately upon booking to confirm your appointment.
Service Area & Travel
CineDOT Media operates out of both Valdosta and Thomasville, Georgia, allowing us to conveniently serve clients across South Georgia and North Florida. We offer free travel within 30 miles of either city. A travel fee may apply to properties outside this range.
