Real Estate Media Booking

Before You Submit Your Booking Form

Please take a moment to:

  • Review all CineDOT Media real estate policies

  • Provide accurate property details

  • Confirm your contact information

This helps us prepare properly and ensures a smooth experience.

After you submit your form, you will receive an email with instructions to finalize your scheduling.
Bookings are not officially scheduled until the policies are acknowledged and the deposit is received.

Booking & Payment Policies

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before your scheduled shoot.

  • If you book within 72 hours of your session, payment is due immediately to confirm the appointment.

  • All payments, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable, unless CineDOT Media fails to fulfill the agreed-upon services.

  • Invoices are sent directly to your email.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.

  • Flexible Booking: You may schedule as early as you’d like or as close as 24–48 hours before the shoot, depending on availability. Booking early is recommended.

  • By paying the deposit, clients agree to all CineDOT Media policies.

Service Area & Travel Policy

We operate out of Valdosta, GA and Thomasville, GA, serving South Georgia and North Florida.

  • Free travel within 30 miles of either city

  • Travel fees apply beyond the free mileage

  • Long-distance shoots may require a minimum spend

  • Travel fees are automatically added to your invoice when applicable

Occupied Property & Clutter Policy

To ensure the best results, properties must be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready before our arrival.

CineDOT Media does NOT clean, declutter, or stage properties.

We may adjust small items (tissues, towels, soap bottles, remotes, cords), but we do not:

  • Move furniture

  • Organize personal belongings

  • Handle trash, laundry, or messes

If the property is not ready, we may:

  1. Shoot the property as-is

  2. Reschedule the appointment (rescheduling fees may apply)

  3. Cancel the appointment if the home is unsuitable for shooting

Weather Policy

Weather in South Georgia and North Florida can change quickly. To keep your listing timeline on track:

  • Indoor shoots proceed as normal unless conditions are unsafe

  • Outdoor photos / drone / exteriors may be rescheduled for safety reasons

  • If weather prevents drone footage, we will reschedule the aerial portion at no additional charge

  • If you choose to proceed in poor weather, the final result will reflect the conditions at the time of the shoot

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Each client is allowed one reschedule per booking. Rescheduling on the day of the session is not permitted.

  • If rescheduling is approved, a credit equal to the amount paid will be applied toward a similar booking within 60 days of the original session date.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will forfeit any payments made, including deposits.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all payments and may result in being barred from future bookings.

  • All payments, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, unless CineDOT Media fails to fulfill the agreed-upon services. Once services are rendered or final media is delivered, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where CineDOT Media does not fulfill the agreed-upon services.

Copyright & Usage Policy

All media created by CineDOT Media is protected under copyright law.

  • Realtors and brokerages receive a non-exclusive license to use the media for real estate marketing only

  • Content may be used for:

    • MLS

    • Social media

    • Flyers

    • Online listings

    • Property websites

Media may NOT be used for:

  • Homeowner personal use

  • Independent contractor portfolios (if not the paying client)

  • Builders, designers, stagers, or brands (requires extended licensing)

Licensing upgrades are available upon request.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time:

  • Photos: 24–48 hours

  • Videos: 48–72 hours

  • Large or luxury properties: additional time may be required

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Editing & Retouching Policy

Standard editing includes:

  • Color correction

  • Exposure adjustments

  • Cropping and straightening

  • Sky replacement (when needed)

  • Minor object removal (small items only)

Advanced retouching (removing clutter, removing vehicles, lawn repair, paint correction, sky rebuilds, etc.) is available for an additional fee.

We do not alter a home's structure, landscaping, or major features.

Drone Policy (If applicable)

Drone services are dependent on:

  • Package selection

  • FAA flight restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety

  • Local airspace rules

If drone flight is unsafe or restricted, we will reschedule the aerial portion at no additional charge.

Access Policy

The client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

Acceptable access methods include:

  • Supra eKey (if applicable)

  • Lockbox code

  • Agent or homeowner present

  • Digital lock code provided in advance

If we cannot access the property, it may count as a same-day cancellation.
