CineDOT Media is based in South Georgia, with team members located in both Valdosta and Thomasville. This allows us to serve couples across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and beyond. No matter where your wedding takes place, we're happy to travel to capture your special day!

What services do you offer for weddings?

We offer both photography and videography services, including packages that can be customized to fit your needs. Our services can cover engagement shoots, full wedding day coverage, highlight videos, and more.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend securing your booking as early as possible, ideally 10-12 months in advance of your wedding date, to ensure our availability.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! We proudly offer our services throughout Georgia, across the U.S., and internationally. While travel fees may apply depending on the distance to your wedding location, we are happy to provide free travel for locations within a one-hour drive.

Why do I have to pay traveling fees?

We love capturing your special moments no matter where your wedding takes place! However, traveling to different locations involves extra costs for transportation, accommodations (if applicable), and the time it takes to get there and back. These fees help cover:

Transportation Costs: Whether it’s gas, mileage, or flights, getting to your venue requires resources.

Accommodation (if needed): For weddings that require us to stay overnight or travel long distances, accommodations ensure we're well-rested and ready to deliver our best work on your big day.

We strive to make this as affordable as possible and will always be transparent about any travel fees during the booking process.

How long will it take to receive our wedding photos and/or video?

At CineDot Media, we understand how important it is to relive the special moments of your big day. That's why we offer a streamlined process for delivering your wedding photos and videos. Photo galleries are typically ready within 4-6 weeks, while video edits are completed in 6-8 weeks.

For those eager to receive their memories even sooner, we offer expedited editing services for an additional fee.

Throughout the entire process, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your photos and video, ensuring peace of mind as you await your finished products.

How many finished photos will I receive?

We don't provide an exact number of finished photos, as it varies depending on the duration of services.

Can we meet before booking your services?

Absolutely! We offer in-person or virtual consultations to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and make sure we're a good fit for your special day.

How do we secure your services for our wedding?

A nonrefundable deposit equal to 25% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure the event date. This deposit will be applied toward the total balance. The remaining 75% balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the wedding date.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your services, written notice must be provided to CineDOT Media at least thirty (30) days prior to your original wedding date. While early cancellation may reduce additional charges, please note that once the final payment has been made, the full cost of your wedding package is nonrefundable, regardless of the cancellation date. This policy ensures fair compensation for time, preparation, and any work already completed.

Rescheduling

30+ Days' Notice: If you reschedule more than 30 days before your wedding date, there will be no rescheduling fee, and your payments will be applied to the new date (subject to availability).

Less Than 30 Days' Notice: If you reschedule within 30 days of your wedding, a flat rescheduling fee of $200 will apply. This fee helps cover the costs of lost bookings and schedule adjustments.

Availability:

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your new date.

Payment Transfer:

All payments made prior to rescheduling will be applied to your new date. Once the final payment is made, the total amount becomes non-refundable, regardless of rescheduling.

Why the full payment becomes non-refundable?

At CineDOT Media, we take pride in providing exceptional wedding photography and videography services, and to ensure that we dedicate our full attention to your special day, we implement a non-refundable final payment policy. Here’s why:

Reservation of Time and Resources: Once your wedding date is confirmed, we reserve that entire day for you and turn down other potential bookings. Wedding dates are often booked months in advance, so rescheduling or canceling leaves us little time to find another client for that day.

Pre-Wedding Preparations: Long before your wedding day, we begin preparations that involve planning, consultations, scouting locations, and coordinating with other vendors. These efforts require time and resources that are dedicated exclusively to your event.

Commitment to Quality: When you book with us, we allocate our top-tier equipment and staff to ensure everything is in place for your wedding. This commitment means we invest in ensuring we’re fully prepared, and your payment helps cover these operational costs.

Customization and Pre-Production Work: Depending on your package, we may have already started creating custom elements like video concepts, shot lists, and lighting setups. This creative work is done ahead of time and cannot be repurposed for another event.

In short, the non-refundable policy allows us to commit fully to making your wedding day unforgettable, while also covering the time, effort, and resources we've invested from the moment you booked.

Do you offer live streaming services for weddings?

Yes, we offer high-quality live streaming services so that your family and friends who can’t attend in person can still be part of your special day.

How do we book live streaming services?

You can add live streaming to any of our wedding packages. Simply let us know during the booking process, and we’ll include it in your contract.

What parts of the wedding can be live-streamed?

We only live-stream the actual wedding ceremony to ensure the best quality and focus for your most important moment.

How does the live streaming process work?

We provide all the necessary equipment and handle the entire setup. Your wedding will be streamed via a secure link, which you can share with guests in advance. They can watch the stream in real time from any device.

What platform do you use for live streaming?

We provide live streaming of your ceremony via YouTube (unlisted/private link) or Facebook (group or personal page) — giving your loved ones a front-row seat, no matter where they are.

If you choose to stream your ceremony via Facebook, we recommend creating a private group or event page. You’ll invite your guests, and we’ll handle the livestream. We just ask to be added as a moderator so we can stream directly for you on the day of the event.
